| First meeting of the Harvey Cushing Society (1932) |
 |
The AANS National Headquarters first location was at 625 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois and the staff consisted of the first executive director, a temporary
staff person ("Kelley Girl") and a Selectric typewriter. Due to a
substantial increase in monthly rental of office
space, and to accommodate the increasing expansion
of program and staff, the AANS purchased a building
in Park Ridge, Illinois to serve as the National
Office (1983). |
 |
In May of 2000, the office moved to its current location at 5550 Meadowbrook Drive in rolling Meadows, Illinois
