NeuroPoint Alliance (NPA) Update

NeuroPoint Alliance (NPA) had a very successful trip to the 2017 Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS) Annual Meeting, which was held October 9-11. Several sessions touched on NPA registries and included data from the Quality Outcomes Database (QOD) and Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) registries.  This generated considerable interest among participants to stop by the NPA exhibit to learn more about the benefits of our various registries.

The NPA also exhibited at the North American Spine Society (NASS) Annual Meeting at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., from October 25-27.

The NPA has a busy exhibit schedule planned through the spring of 2018.

The NPA will publish a list of sessions prior to the 2018 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting that will feature data generated from the QOD registries and other NPA projects. Also, during the 2018 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting, the NPA will host the full-day course, “The NeuroPoint Alliance and Your Practice,” to explore the varied uses of registry data for patient care, quality improvement, and revenue enhancement. Specific examples from various NPA initiatives, including the QOD and the SRS registries, will be used to demonstrate how practices can benefit from participation. Registration details will be available soon.
