Fellow: Fellow membership is free! This membership category is for neurosurgeons who are enrolled in a North American neurological surgery fellowship training program immediately following the completion of their neurosurgical residency training. Please contact the Member Services Department at 888-566-2267 or at MemberServices@aans.org to verify that you are in our database as a Fellow.
Active (Provisional): For the neurological surgeon who has completed a training program approved by the ACGME, the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, or the Mexican Council of Neurological Surgery within the last five (5) years, and has not yet met the certification requirements of the American Board of Neurological Surgeons, Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, or the Mexican Council of Neurological Surgery.
