INSTRUCTIONS FOR ELECTRONIC VOTING – May 30, 2008

VOTING MEMBERS OF THE AANS

Go to MyAANS.org and log on as you normally do.

On the left side of the screen, please click on the "Balloting" tab. You will see a box with two columns. The first column is entitled "Ballot Description" and the second is "Status". Under "Status", click on "Vote Now" to access your Ballot.

At the top of the ballot there are instructions noting that the
blue font indicates new text, and red indicates text to be deleted. There are four questions on the ballot. For each question, there are three voting options – in favor – opposed – or abstain. You must select one response for each question, or the system will not allow you to submit your ballot.

After you vote, select "Submit Ballot". The system will trigger a "Thank you for Voting" response.

Voting closes at midnight (central time), Saturday, July 12, 2008.

Please note that reports generated by this system are coded so that your vote remains anonymous.
