Stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG) has proven itself to be an attractive alternative to grid-based strategies for invasive electrode placement in the treatment of medically resistant epilepsy. Experience with SEEG in children is still limited and this symposium will focus solely on SEEG in children. Indications, challenges unique to children and instructive cases will be presented.
