030 Integrating Pain Management into Your Neurosurgical Practice

At least 70 percent of neurosurgeons have a predominant spine practice. One way to differentiate your practice and provide your non-surgical patients other options is to offer neuromodulation and other pain procedures. In this cadaver-based course, the nuances of spinal cord stimulation placement will be presented, along with a discussion on how pain procedures bring value to one's practice. Half of this course will be dedicated to placing both paddle and percutaneous leads, as well as other minimally invasive approaches to stimulator placement.
