There will be an emphasis on intricate anatomical regions, such as insular, ventricles and cavernous sinus, and the newest techniques, such as high-definition fiber tractography (HDFT) planning for intrinsic tumor surgery and endoscopic endonasal techniques for skull base lesions. The importance of surgical neuroanatomy for clinical practice and approach selection will be illustrated with surgical cases and HD/3-D video presentations.
