Secure your hotel reservations via our official housing partner, onPeak, at: Click Here. Reserve your hotel through onPeak by Aug. 31, 2016, and earn two priority points.

Booth confirmations will be emailed to key contact.

NOV. 18, 2016

Final booth payment due.

JAN. 2, 2017

Function Space Requests Due — Late requests will be accepted and assigned if space is available. Fees may be assessed by the hotel. Function space is not available at the Los Angeles Convention Center. You can rent an Expo Suite on the exhibit floor. The Expo Suite rental form will be in the Service Kit.

JAN. 13, 2017

Advance badge registration will open online. Each exhibiting company’s main contact will receive an email with details on how to register booth personnel. The registration link will also be available at http://www.aans.org/en/Annual%20Meeting/2017/Exhibitor/Official%20Contractors.aspx/ under the exhibitor section of the AANS Annual Scientific Meeting.

Service Kit

An email will be sent with a link to the Service Kit to the key contact for company and posted online at http://www.aans.org/en/Annual%20Meeting/2017/Exhibitor/Official%20Contractors.aspx/ under the exhibitor section of the 2017 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting.

Company description (approximately 50 words) must be submitted to the Exhibits Manager to be included in meeting materials.

MARCH 3, 2017

Island booth drawings must be submitted to Show Management no later than this date. Submit your drawings to the exhibits manager at kls@aans.org.

Exhibit Appointed Contractor Form and certificate of insurance due.

MARCH 22, 2017

Advance Badge Registration Due — Submit online via the registration website link sent to the key contact via email. Company personnel must be registered by this date to avoid paying late registration fees.
