The Tenth Annual Silent Auction is now closed. This year, the auction raised over $32,000. The bidding remained active all the way to the close of the auction. The more popular items were sports tickets, vacations, electronics, fine wine and jewelry.

Thank you all for taking the time to support the Neurosurgery Research and Education Foundation.

Stay tuned for information on the 11th Annual Silent Auction to be held May 4-6, 2009 in San Diego, CA during the AANS 77th Annual Meeting!

Congratulations to everyone who:

  • placed a winning bid
  • generously donated an item to the auction
  • invited family, friends and community to participate in supporting the NREF.

The Auction May Be Gone, But Our Mission Goes On!

Even though our auction has ended, our mission has not.

The mission of the Neurosurgery Research and Education Foundation (NREF) is:

  • To provide a private, non-governmental source of funding for research training in the neurosciences;
  • To ensure continued viability and expansion of neurological surgery;
  • To augment support for research endeavors; and
  • To stimulate learning and enhanced educational opportunities.

We would greatly appreciate your continued support in terms of time, effort and funding and will do our best to keep you up to date on future activites and opportunities.
