EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES
Application Deadline - January 12, 2005

Exhibit fee: $2000 per tabletop

All breakfast and morning coffee breaks will occur within the exhibit hall to enhance exposure to exhibits. The exhibit fee includes a 6-foot tabletop display, two chairs, and all social functions for exhibiting company personnel. Your exhibit fee also includes:

• Company name listing in the Program Book and on-site exhibitor acknowledgement flyer
• Complimentary registration for up to two (2) exhibiting personnel at each table.
• Two copies of the Scientific Program per tabletop contracted, up to a maximum of three books.

Assignments will not be confirmed until payment is received. Space assignments will be mailed January 31, 2005. Any additional needs such as electricity or audiovisual will be at the expense of the exhibitor. Tabletop exhibits will be located in the Duck/Fiesta/Plantation Ballroom at the Wyndham Casa Marina. The exhibit hall space is carpeted with a ceiling height of 10 feet.

Exhibitor personnel are invited to attend all scientific sessions, space permitting. Distribution of product samples and souvenirs is permissible.

* The exhibit hall will be open one hour prior to exhibit hours and 30 minutes after the show closes each day.

NOTE: Breakfasts and coffee breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The cost of breakfast is included for registered exhibitors.
