Function Space Requests

The AANS is pleased to provide the opportunity for you to hold a meeting (social or business) with colleagues, attendees or staff at the 2022 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting in Philadelphia.

This year’s annual meeting has a new look and feel to accommodate attendees’ schedules with a Friday-Monday format. In preparation, here is a revised schedule of approved function days and times available to host your event(s):

Wednesday, April 27:

8 am-5 pm ET

Thursday, April 28:

8 am-5 pm ET

Friday, April 29:

7 am-5 pm ET

8:30-10 pm ET (Alumni Receptions Only)

Saturday, April 30:

6-8 am ET
12-1 pm ET
5-10 pm ET

Sunday, May 1:

6-8 am ET
12-1 pm ET
5-8 pm ET

To secure space for your meeting needs please complete a Function Space Request Form below; each meeting will need a separate submission. Meeting space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All event assignments will be confirmed via email.

Function Space Fees

The AANS will charge an administrative fee at the time of submission for all Function Space Requests. In the event that your planned function is cancelled, the administrative fee will not be refunded.

The AANS has selected standard breakfast and lunch menus that will be served each day. The menus for events at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown are found here. If you choose another location, the AANS will reach out to coordinate a menu with you. The menus are created to save you time, provide cost savings to your group and accommodate any special dietary requests of your invited guests.
