This unique opportunity provides a forum for exhibitors to promote new products/services, present new research findings or conduct product demonstrations outside of their booths in an educational environment. Take advantage of this occasion to provide increased learning possibilities for attendees and gain additional face-to-face contact with potential buyers. A box lunch is included in the fee for each Lunch and Learn Seminar. You can bring your lead retrieval unit to capture contact details for participants.

Showcase your company’s products and services, or present a hot topic case study in front of industry decision makers during a 25-minute sponsored session on the Exhibit Hall floor. Must be an exhibitor to participate. Bring your lead retrieval unit to collect participant contact details.

Available for Breakfast or Evening Symposia on the show floor.
The AANS is pleased to offer the ability to host an educational, research or marketing event, designed by you, with access to the pre-registration list for invitation purposes. Ordering and coordinating food and beverage is the responsibility of the sponsor.

Suites are available Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for all day or half day sessions.
AANS Annual Scientific Meeting exhibitors have the opportunity to hold hands-on workshops or demos during the meeting on the exhibit floor in a private setting. Take advantage and put your product, instrument and expertise in the hands of neurosurgeons from around the world.

Lab technicians pre-set lab stations and set up tables with all materials needed as well as assist with all technical facets during the event, including instrument cleaning, equipment adjustments and tissue/specimen service.
