The Alliance of Specialty Medicine (the “Alliance”) represents more than 100,000 specialty physicians
from 13 specialty and subspecialty societies. The Alliance is deeply committed to improving access to
specialty medical care through the advancement of sound health policy.
Today, the undersigned member organizations of the Alliance write to provide feedback on various
proposals that impact specialty physicians and the patients we serve. We look forward to working with
you and the agency as you work toward improving access to specialty medicine for the millions of
