The AANS and the CNS joined over 150 organizations in signing a letter supporting increased funding for the Brain Research Through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies (BRAIN) Initiative in Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. The letter was submitted to the House and Senate Subcommittees on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and urges Congress to restore funding to $680 million.
