In addition to the IPPS proposals and in alignment with Executive Order 14192, “Unleashing Prosperity Through Deregulation,” released on January 31, CMS is seeking comment on approaches and opportunities to streamline regulations and reduce administrative burden on providers, suppliers, beneficiaries, and other interested parties participating in the Medicare program.
