NeuroPoint Alliance Celebrates 10 Years of Innovation

The NeuroPoint Alliance (NPA) is celebrating 10 years of dedication to assessing and improving the quality of neurosurgical care through its registries and studies with a rebrand of its logo and website. The new logo is reminiscent of the traditional, two-toned, pointed NPA logo, but has been revised with fresh colors and cleaner lines to represent this modern organization. The website has also been updated to be more user-friendly for program participants and interested visitors as well as functional for the growing list of registries and studies under NPA management. Explore the new website at www.neuropoint.org.

Over the past 10 years, NPA has developed and managed registries and studies to meet the quality improvement and research needs of physicians, health care plans, the biomedical industry and government agencies. NPA has learned many things over the years and this wisdom will be shared during its inaugural course, The NeuroPoint Alliance and Your Practice: Using Registries to Enhance Quality, Reimbursement, Certification and Clinical Research. The course will be held on Sunday, April 29 from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans during the 2018 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting. Registration is open.

As evidence of continued growth, the NPA recently welcomed three new hospitals and health systems to the Quality Outcomes Database (QOD), including CentraCare Health, St. Cloud, Minn.; Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Lebanon, N.H.; and Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Green Bay, Wis.
