Medical Student Chapter Annual Report Reminder

Chapter secretaries are to complete their chapter’s 2020-2021 annual report by March 31, 2021.

Current officers listed in the AANS system (president, vice president, secretary and treasurer) can access the report by logging into MyAANS. Select the My Membership icon, then Medical Student Chapter Reports. Click on Chapter Annual Reports and select 2020-21. Some sections of the report are pre-populated and others require additional information. Proceeding from one page to the next will automatically save the information added to the page. Upon completion of the report, you will find a box on the last page titled Notify Advisor/Sponsor This Report is Ready for Review. Only your sponsor can do a final review of the report and submit it.

Once submitted by the sponsor, the appropriate member of the AANS Young Neurosurgeons Committee responsible for the Chapters in your quadrant will be notified.
