Host an Alumni Reception During the 2023 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting

The American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) has created a special opportunity for alumni to reconnect with their peers and former colleagues during the 2023 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting in Los Angeles. Reception time slots are available Friday, April 21, 8:30-10 pm and Saturday, April 22, 5–10 pm and offer a simple way for you to bring your alumni together. Hosting an Alumni Reception is an excellent opportunity to network and reconnect.

We are offering Program Directors three planning options to accommodate various budgets for securing your room, finalizing food and bar packages, as well as sending out your invitations to alumni.

Alumni Reception Packages:

• Option 1: You select the date & time of the Alumni Reception, and let the AANS take care of the rest. The AANS will organize the details, finalize the menus and send the invitations: $200 Administration Fee
• Option 2: You select the date & time of the Alumni Reception and send the invitations. AANS will organize the details and finalize the menus: $125 Administration Fee
• Option 3: You select the date & time of the Alumni Reception, organize the details, finalize the menus and send the invitations: $75 Administration Fee
